What Does Your Warranty Cover?
Your warranty covers landscape plants purchased and installed only by Horizon Outdoor Design, LLC.
How Long Does Your Warranty Last?
Your warranty lasts for one year from the purchase date. Your warranty expiration date is listed on the backside under Warranty Registry.
What Will Horizon Outdoor Design Do?
Horizon Outdoor Design, LLC. will replace free of charge any landscape plant found defective within the terms and conditions of this warranty. Horizon Outdoor Design, LLC. will provide clients proper plant care and maintenance instructions.
How is Your Claim Handled?

• Notify Horizon Outdoor Design, LLC. and complete the required claim form.

• Horizon Outdoor Design, LLC. reserves the right to inspect any plant subject to the claim and review against all pertinent correspondence.

• Horizon Outdoor Design, LLC. will respond to your claim within seven (7) working days after receipt of your completed claim form.

• Plants that do not survive due to customer failure to provide normally accepted horticultural planting care and maintenance.
• Damage caused by any and all Acts of God are not covered by this warranty.
• Damaged caused by house or other subsequent property contents and/or their components are not covered by this warranty.
• This warranty is not in effect for plant material purchased and installed during the winter months. For specific exclusion dates, please contact your Horizon Outdoor Design, LLC.
• This warranty is not in effect for plant material moved and/or replanted by client or contract landscaper other than Horizon Outdoor Design, LLC.

• Liability is limited to the replacement of plant with a comparable plant or with plant(s) of equivalent value.
• This warranty is limited to a one-time replacement.
• This warranty is subject to payment of the original invoice being made within the terms of sale and account being current.
• Warranty is not transferable.
